Mr. Hitchcock's practice is focused on sports law and estate planning.  He has over eighteen years of experience representing players, coaches and team executives in contract negotiations.  While Mr. Hitchcock's sports practice is concentrated on professional football, he has also represented Olympic athletes, NASCAR drivers, professional wrestlers and sportscasters.

Mr. Hitchcock's estate planning practice is centered on providing complex estate planning services to individuals and families.  In his career, Mr. Hitchcock has represented thousands of estate planning clients in the areas of general estate planning and estate tax planning.

Mr. Hitchcock is rated AV (highest competency) by his peers as published in Martindale-Hubbell, and is listed in the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.

In 2001, Mr. Hitchcock negotiated the largest NASCAR contract for a NASCAR driver in Minnesota history on behalf of Christian Elder and the Great Clips Race Team.  In 2004, Mr. Hitchcock spearheaded a national NFL marketing campaign on behalf of collegiate wrestling and WWE champion, Brock Lesnar.  The marketing campaign resulted in an NFL contract for Mr. Lesnar to play with the Minnesota Vikings.  In the last two decades, Mr. Hitchcock has represented over fifty professional football players regarding their careers.

Mr. Hitchcock is a member of the Minnesota Bar Association, the NFL Player's Association as a Contract Advisor, the Canadian Football League Player's association, the National Sports Law Institute, and the Sports Lawyers Association. Mr. Hitchcock is admitted to practice in Minnesota State Courts and the U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota.

Mr. Hitchcock resides in White Bear Lake with his wife, Sue and their two children.
