Mr. Adkins has over 13 years of experience representing clients primarily in the areas of probate and estate administration, estate planning, and real estate. He handles both large complex and small estates alike, with the same care, sensitivity and attention to detail.

A 1990 graduate from William Mitchell College of Law, he served two years as law clerk to then Chief Judge Lawrence E. Agerter and Judge Casey J. Christian. He spent ten years as an attorney coach at several area high schools, competing in the Mock Trial Program sponsored by the Minnesota State Bar Association. He is also a frequent guest speaker at estate planning seminars sponsored by the Twin Cities Bradshaw Funeral Homes.
